 Return and Exchange 

We want you to be completely happy with your My Minnie Ohana purchase. If there are any issues with any pieces of Jewelry please email us at myminnieohana@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will do our very best to make your order as magical as we can.

• Only shop credit will be issued.
• Please note that we do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds (no exceptions).
• ALL Sales items are FINAL sales. 

After the 48 hours have passed we can not accept any Returns or Exchanges. 

All Items must be unworn and in the same condition that it was received, with the Original Packaging.

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for the returns or exchanges.
• All returns and exchanges are highly recommended to be shipped with tracking information. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and will not be able to issue shop credit if items are not received. 

Once Returns have been received, inspected and approved, Please give us 5-7 Business days to issue the shop credit.

Exchanges: 

If an item is available for an exchange we will gladly exchange for you however, if it is not available we will issue a shop credit. 

NO exchanges for Rings due to ordering wrong size. Please know your size.
